FAVORITE HEALTHY TIPS

My family has always been super healthy from working out all the time to trying new recipes and health trends! Over the years I have learned that I really do love feeling my best and that happens when I practice healthy habits. Through out time I have established some healthy tips that I use on a day to day basis so that I feel my most confident and best self!

Here are my 3 healthy habits tips-

  1. WATER is such a key component in your daily life that some of us don’t realize it can do amazing things for your body — increases energy, flushes out toxins, improves your skin complexion, boosts your immune system and SO much more. Personally I get board just drinking plain water so I like to squeeze some lemon into my water bottle for added flavor and vitamin C.
  2. SNACKS…. I am all about a good healthy snack my two faves are bars, and nuts. Both are easy and good for on the go! Most people don’t realize that snacks with healthy ingredients can actually be really good for boosting your metabolism and helping if your blood sugar is running low.
  3. WALKING is one of my favorite ways to get in cardio. Most studies show that 10,000 steps a day can improve your whole well being. Also something I LOVE is that the health app on most phones tracks how many steps you take a day- Its a fun and SUPER easy way to keep your cardio up.
