Baked Oats!

Cayla shared this recipe with me… it’s like eating dessert for breakfast. It is nutritent rich, so next time you are wanting to switch up your breakfast try this one out! Recipe Below:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of chocolate chips
  • Mix it all up in a blender and then bake at 350F for 25 min
