WORK OUT ROUTINE
I love working out yet have never been a big fan of sports. In high school I feel like everyone is between sports (track, basketball etc.) but I have always loved walking, and doing cardio, yoga etc. I have Scoliosis which has always made my back super inflamed when running and it has always been a constant struggle to find something that doesn’t hurt my back. So I went on a search for a perfect workout that I loved!! & I found it… Pilates!! I am OBSESSED!! It makes me feel my best and makes my back feel good because it stretches and lengthens as you work out! I think its important to workout doing something you love whether its running, dancing, power walking ( my other fave way to workout)– as long as your doing what you love!! Have fun with it and mix it up!
