I always love to carry a beach bag with me in the summers– to fill with all my fave beach necessities! Over the years I think I have developed my 5 must haves that I always keep with me at the beach to make me feel good and put together!!

1. Headphones – I love to bring headphones so I can listen to music while laying out– but also love just listening to the ocean.

2. Sunscreen– a MUST HAVE always in the summers. I love this one sunscreen beacause it doesn’t break me out and keeps me from getting burnt.

3. Lip balm– to keep my lips from getting chapped in the hot sun.

4. cooling mist water– THE BEST when your super hot and need a quick spritz of water!

5.sunglasses- I alwayssss have some sunglasses with me especially when in the sun all day!
