Each morning I wake up SO excited for my smoothie. Smoothies are a great way to feel healthy and strong for your day. As they say, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”. Healthy smoothies always make me feel so good, and fueled. Today I thought that I would share some of my faves..

My Favorite is to put my mason jar in the freezer the night before so my smoothie is EXTRA cold!!!!!!!!
