Recipe for success

One of my favorite (and healthy breakfast treats) that always fills me up and gives me energy are these delicious banana protein waffles.
BANANA PROTEIN WAFFLES
3 ½ tbsp. vanilla whey protein powder
1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
1 or 1 ½ ripe banana mashed
1/3 cup of milk
2 egg whites
½ tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon
You can also add blueberries and honey on the side for some extra yumminess.
Put all ingredients into a blender and smooth it out and pour it into the waffle iron. ENJOY!
Much love,
Sophie
