NEW YEAR GOALS

I can’t believe 2017 is almost over it is crazy!!!!! Today I wanted to share with y’all a few little things that I’m doing to reflect on this past year and work on this upcoming year.

FIRST- take out a notebook or sheet of paper and reflect on the past year write out how you feel emotionally– physically– mentally– the highlights of your year etc. truly whatever you feel write it down. That way you can keep this with you to remind you of the previous year and to think about your goals for how you want to feel next year.

SECOND- Write out 10 goals that you have for yourself this upcoming year. I am writing mine out from smallest goal to biggest goal to keep it organized. Then write how you feel your going to achieve each goal next to it.

THIRD- print out your goals and tape them onto your mirror so you can be reminded of them daily.

I always try and remember to be thankful and make the most of everyday!! I hope everyone has an amazing new year and that 2018 can be a year full of positivity love and happiness!!
