My go to Granola Recipe
I have been absolutely obsessed with granola lately! I love to make my own and it’s super simple and delicious. It’s the perfect easy breakfast with greek yogurt and berries.
All you need is:
- 2 cups of gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of chopped cashews, almonds and sunflower seeds (mixed)
- 1/2 tsp. of fine sea salt.
Preheat the oven to 325 and combine everything except the maple syrup. After combining add the maple syrup slowly and mix to evenly coat. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, mix, and then bake for another 10. Let the mixture cool and enjoy!
