MY EVERYDAY BREAKFAST
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I totally stand by that. I love making breakfast every morning & get so many questions about recipes and my daily meals. Today I thought I would share my everyday- go-to breakfast that fills me up, is super healthy, and tastes delicious.
what you will need…
♡granola… here is my recipe
2 cups of gluten free oats
1/4th cup of maple syrup
1/4th cup cashews, almonds 1/2tsp. of sea salt
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Combine ingredients, bake for 10 mins then toss and bake for another 10. Allow to cool at room temp before placing into mason jar or container.
