MY BACK TO SCHOOL FITNESS ROUTINE

I always feel my best when I workout & stay fit especially during the school year. When your sitting at a desk all day its sooo important to get outside and get moving!! Today I thought I would share with y’all a bit of my fitness routine and favorite workout outfit that makes me feel good!!
MY WORKOUT-
I have scoliosis so I like to be super careful with my back and work on strengthening my back as opposed to working it too hard. I love to do pilates during the week and also love just walking to keep my cardio up!! These two methods of exercise work your core better than any exercise that I have done before, elongate your muscles keeping your body long and lean without hurting your back but strengthening your posture instead! Its all about choosing a workout that makes you feel your best and most confident self!!
A classic workout outfit for me is a simple workout tank top or t-shirt & leggings or shorts depending on the weather– today I wore an easy t-shirt and some shorts to work perfectly with the crazy Dallas heat!!
