how to make my fave matcha

If you know me you know I have been obsessed with matcha lately… and look so forward to drinking it every morning. I have been receiving lots of DMs about how to make my favorite matcha drink & today I am sharing that with you.
- first step… add one scoop of matcha to a mug. The Vital Proteins matcha collagen is my favorite because it has 10g of collagen per serving which gives skin, hair, nail, and joint support. I have personally noticed a huge difference in my skin since starting to use this collagen daily.
- step two.. pour a splash of almond milk into the same mug
- step three… add cinnamon on top and two small droplets of liquid stevia
- step four… pour what’s in the mug into the milk frother
- five…Blend in frother…
