HOW TO MAKE CAULIFLOWER LAVASH WITH MALIBU FARM
Yesterday I attended a cooking class from the AMAZING and inspiring Helene Henderson the owner of Malibu Farm. She has two restaurants located in Malibu and Lanai. Helene is known for using fresh produce with simple ingredients to make healthy and fun dishes, which is why Malibu farm is one of my favorite places to eat! For her cooking class, we got to take it in her garden and pick our very own ingredients. It was such a cool experience and now I want to share my favorite dish with you! You can try making this dish at home for parties or add some of your own toppings for more of a substantial lunch or dinner. When I get home, I’m going to experiment with adding avocado and chicken!
This is Helene’s famous Cauliflower Lavash that is healthy, light, and YUMMY!!!
Here is the recipe-
Lavash bread from Trader Joe’s
drizzle a bit of Olive oil on top of the lavash
sprinkle goat cheese on
add Graded cauliflower
cook at 500 degrees for 10 minutes
lastly add arugula to the top and a pinch of salt!
This recipe is sooo simple && the perfect way to start the New Year in the right direction!!
