First up is Turkey Chili, an easy and classic gameday dish that packs tons of flavor. The ingredients are simple and soooo delishhh!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1.25 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 small white onion diced
1 bell pepper chopped
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
1 15 oz. can black beans rinsed and drained (optional)
1 15 oz. can kidney beans rinsed and drained (optional)
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
- Spray your slow cooker to avoid any stickiness
- While that’s heating up grab a skillet and sauté the onion for about two minutes. Add the ground turkey and cook through using a wooden spoon to break it up.
- Add the onion and turkey to the slow cooker along with all the other ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For an extra special touch try the Siete grain free tortilla chips on the side…
