GOALS FOR THE NEW YEAR

With the start of a new year quickly approaching I love to take a moment to stop and reflect on the past year. Every year on January 1, I lay out my goals for the coming year.  It’s a great way to visualize the big things and keep in mind the smaller things that often get pushed to the side. My top tips for goal setting include journaling, meditating, and vision boarding. Below I have attached two templates to inspire you for this new year.
