GO GREEK

If you know me you know my obsession with Go Greeks frozen yogurt!! Not only is it so delicious it is so good for you too! My favorite thing about Greek yogurt is that it is lower in lactose than regular yogurt which always helps my stomach to feel good. Here are 5 benefits of going GREEK–
