BEFORE SCHOOL BREAKFAST/ LUNCH PREP
I always think its important to have a breakfast and lunch that will keep you fueled especially while at school! My fave recipe that will have you feeling amazing all morning is one that I get asked about quite frequently — THE PANCAKES! These pancakes are sooooo SOO good and SOO healthy for you! You have probubly seen them on my Insta story
Here is the recipe-
1 banana
1 cup of oats
3/4 cup of egg or egg whites
touch of cinnamon
blend and pour on the griddle
i add almond butter and honey to top mine off:)!!!
*you can also add a scoop of protein powder or blueberries to the mix
i add my EMERGEN-C packet to my water for extra Vitamin C and energy in the classroom! Try Raspberry, Super Orange or Tropical—-they are the BEST!!!!
&& then for lunch… MY FAVE meal & so easy to pack for school a simple salad! This is one of my favorite lunches to pack because it is just sooo easy and yummy- also I always put my salad in this bowl its serously the besttt eco friendly, and fits perfectly in my lunch bag!!! HERE IS THE RECIPE-
chopped romaine lettuce and spinach
diced carrots, jicama and celery
grilled chicken breast or protein of your choice—sometimes i do quinoa
slivered almonds
feta cheese
olive oil and balsamic dressing on the side
I always take a piece of fruit or a CLIF organic twisted fruit treat!!!
&& now your all set for a positively amazing day at school!!!
