BEDTIME TEA
I absolutely love a good cup of hot tea any and everyday!! I always add some lemon and honey to my tea and a bit of stevia raw sugar and it makes me feel so soothed and relaxed. Today I thought I would share with y’all my two favorite nighttime hot teas that will help you to get your best night of sleep!
CHAMOMILE TEA-
Chamomile can be used in so may ways but my favorites are in your tea or bath! Chamomile has been around for centuries as a way to relax your body and help you to sleep better.
LAVENDER TEA-
Im addicted to anything lavender and this tea is seriously my jam!!! Lavender tea releases the fragrance of lavender to help if you are having sleeping troubles.
