Today I wanted to talk to y’all about something that I have started to implement into my daily routine… practicing gratitude! This semester at school I am taking an emotional wellness class that I am loving. Truly so interesting, and it has taught me so much about mindset.
One of the assignments for class is to write out 3 things we are grateful for each morning. This is such a simple way to start you day off on a positive note.
I am sharing the journal that I use each morning to write out my gratitude list along with a positive affirmation. I absolutely love this journal because you can keep track of your daily responses & they give you a prompt which makes it so easy.
