My Morning Routine & How I start Each Day with a Grateful Heart
Routines are so important to our daily life and help us stay focused and productive throughout the day. I wanted to share my morning routine and how I set my intention for the day. I try to go to bed around 10pm each night so I am well rested and ready to hit the ground running for the next day. What can I say, I’m a morning person! Each day I read my devotional as a way to start my day with a grateful heart. I then go grab a chai, and try to get a workout in. Even though I love my routine don’t be afraid to shake it up every once in a while, it’s all about what works best for YOU!
